Carpet Work Cycle

  • Location shared after registration (map)

Learn the art of deep facilitation while continuing your own growth.

Carpet Work Cycles are 8-week training cycles led by senior All Kings facilitators, designed for initiated men to practice guiding others through transformational work while continuing their own.

Learn the art of deep facilitation through practice and reflection.

Carpet Work Cycles are a training ground for initiated Kings who want to learn more about how to guide men through powerful, transformational work - what we call “carpet work.” Alongside developing facilitation skills, you’ll also engage in your own deep work, supported by senior All Kings facilitators and your brothers.

Over the course of 8 weekly meetings, you will:

  • Practice facilitation in a safe and supportive environment

  • Learn core principles of holding space for men in deep work

  • Receive coaching and feedback from senior All Kings facilitators

  • Continue your own healing and growth through guided processes

  • Strengthen bonds of trust and accountability with fellow initiated brothers

At All Kings, we believe leadership grows through practice, reflection, and service. Carpet Work Cycles are one way we equip initiated men to step into greater responsibility, by learning to guide others while continuing to deepen their own path.

Who Can Participate

Carpet Work Cycles are open to all initiated Kings.

This is a space to learn, practice, and grow as a facilitator while continuing your own work.

Space is limited to ensure every man has the opportunity to both learn and practice.
