Are you ready to take what you’ve learned at All Kings and bring it into the world?
AK Training Days is a series of evening workshops for initiated Kings who are ready to step into service. Each session offers a different program or community offering to help you grow the skills, presence, and confidence to co-facilitate All Kings circles and carry this work into the community.
After completion of the training, participants will be eligible to be a paid co facilitator for our external services.

AK Training Days are designed to equip initiated Kings with the skills to co-lead All Kings Healing Circles and Workshops. Each Friday session focuses on a different program or community offering, blending practical tools with experiential learning to prepare you for the responsibility of guiding men through healing and connection.
Here’s what you can expect:
Learn the principles of facilitation and holding space
Explore specific themes such as Restorative Justice, youth engagement, and connection practices
Practice facilitation in a supportive, brotherhood-centered environment
Receive guidance and mentorship from senior All Kings facilitators
Build confidence to co-lead circles and bring All Kings’ work into the wider community
After completion of the training, participants will be eligible to be a paid co facilitator for our external services.
At All Kings, we believe leadership grows when men step forward to serve. Joining our AK Training Days is one way we prepare initiated brothers to carry this work into the city and beyond.
Who Can Participate
Open to initiated Kings who have completed their Initiation Quest.
