Rich Allen

Richard B. Allen is a highly accomplished senior executive with strong business, strategic, financial, operational and leadership skills. During his career, he worked primarily in the consumer products arena with more than twenty years in senior positions in the beverage industry, including CFO of the Snapple Beverage Group. At Cadbury Schweppes (now Keurig Dr. Pepper), he ran a beverage distribution operation, created and executed acquisition strategy and managed the product portfolio development. Additional experience includes audit, accounting and analytic positions at both division and corporate levels, CFO for two beverage company start-ups and various consulting assignments.

He began his career in public accounting with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and is a CPA. He received a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and a MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In addition to working with All Kings Project, he volunteers for four other Non-Profits which provide activities for underserved youth; support actors writers and directors with disabilities; provide experiential training and support groups for men; and raise money to provide “wishes” for at-risk youth.
