Communications Strategist

Dom Troupe is an organizer, yoga instructor and media strategist based in New York City. She is trained in breath work techniques and prioritizes using somatic practices through yoga to encourage, getting out of the mind and into the body when our mental capacity is overstimulated. With a history of managing and growing accounts from First We Feasts', Hot Ones to Black Men Build NYC, Dom excels at pushing stories beyond the screen and reminding us of the power we hold in community. As the co-founder of Fairfield Change (Est. 2020), a grassroots organizations that focuses on meeting the material needs of underserved and unhoused folks in California, Dom grew a deep awareness of making an analysis of conditions and strategizing on how to meet those needs in a holistic and thoughtful way. She continues to use the tools and skills she has grown to consult business like Soul Journey, a therapist group in which she facilitated intergenerational healing circles for woman of all backgrounds, while creating an overall communications strategy for the internal team. She is passionate about all things community and believes when life improves for those most vulnerable, it benefits us all.
