Johnny Bowman

Johnny is an experienced executive and entrepreneur focused on health. He is currently General Manager of Lightwork Home Health NYC, a home health assessment company, and Chief Program Officer of The Yope Foundation, a global startup accelerator supporting founders in deep tech. 

Previously, Johnny served as CFO/COO and later COO of Upward Farms, helping raise $150 million in equity and growing the company from 0 to 100 employees. He holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Johnny has been an advocate for men's work since he participated in All Kings' first info session in 2019.
