This session is part of the 6-week Credible Facilitator Training: A program for all initiated All Kings men - with a special focus on those impacted by the justice system - designed to build leaders who can hold safe spaces in our community and beyond.
This session is part of the Credible Facilitator Training (CFT), a training program that combines deep personal work, leadership development, and facilitation practice.
To participate, you must be enrolled in the full 6-week program.
Program Overview
The Credible Facilitator Fellowship is a 6-week training program designed exclusively for initiated All Kings men. The purpose of this fellowship is to cultivate leaders who can hold safe spaces for healing, both within All Kings and in the wider community.
This is the next step in the journey of becoming a credible messenger: a quest to discover your story, deepen your place in our brotherhood, and develop leadership skills to serve others, with a special emphasis on supporting men impacted by the justice system.
Over the course of 6 weeks, participants will engage in:
6 weekly cohort circles (weekly on Mondays, 7:00 – 9:00 PM)
3 intensive sessions (Saturdays of weeks 1,2 an 5, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
1 community service circle (Wednesday of week 4, 6:30 – 9:00 PM)
1 day-long session for graduation (Saturdays of week 6, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
In order to graduate, participants must attend all circles and sessions with an option to make up a limited number of absences by attending an equivalent All Kings program.
Upon completion, men will be honored in a graduation ceremony and receive a certificate certified by All Kings.
Participants who complete the fellowship will receive a $500 stipend.
Who Can Participate
CFT is open to all initiated Kings.
This path is for men who have completed their Initiation Quest and are ready to step into service.
