All Kings creates peer-led healing spaces where men build emotional awareness, agency, and leadership.
Most men were taught early that vulnerability is weakness and that shutting down is how you survive. For a lot of us that worked, until it didn't. It cost us our relationships, our health, and in some cases our freedom. Our work is not about fixing men. It is about widening what masculinity is allowed to be, so that fewer of us have to carry it alone.
Our spaces are open to any man committed to his own growth, and we are intentionally built so that men impacted by the criminal legal system and young men at risk can access, shape, and lead the work. We hold a minimum of 50% representation of formerly incarcerated men across our spaces. Men who come with more resources come with an expectation of contribution and accountability, not just attendance.
What we offer are structured programs with a clear beginning and end. You come, you do the work, you leave with tools you can use. There is no membership to maintain and no requirement to keep going further than you want to go. Some men come once. Some men stay for years and go on to hold spaces for others. Both are a full use of what we do.
How to Access Our Programming
Everything at All Kings starts with the Quest. From there, you choose how far you want to go. Movement through our programming is supported, never required.
The Entry Point: Quest
A weekend retreat and the entry point into All Kings. Over three days you are introduced to our methodology and to a room of men doing the same work. It is an experience of being held without being rescued, and of finding out that strength and vulnerability can live in the same body. We offer two formats: a Nature Quest held outside the city, and a City Quest for men who need a shorter or closer option.
Every Quest comes with its own Integration: six weeks of weekly sessions with the same men you went through the weekend with. A weekend can crack something open. Integration is where you make sense of it together and start applying it to your actual life.
Keep Going: Circles
Quest gives you an experience. What you do after it is what turns that experience into something you can live from. These are ongoing spaces for men who have completed a Quest, where you keep doing your own work and build real relationships with men who are doing theirs. Come weekly, come when you can, come back after a year away. The door stays open.
Community Circles are Borough-based circles led by trained All Kings members. A regular space to bring what is present for you right now, be heard, and practice the work in relationship with other men.
All Kings Online (AKO) is a virtual circle for men who cannot make it to an in-person space, whether because of distance, schedule, or circumstance. Same work, same standards, no commute.
Go Deeper: Facilitation Training
For men who want to sharpen the work and learn how it is held. These pathways are only available for initiated men and have limited capacity, and they build on consistent participation in the spaces above.
Credible Facilitation Training (CFT) Our flagship facilitation training. Six weeks, intensive, and demanding by design. CFT develops your ability to hold a safe container for other men, with an emphasis on integrity, boundaries, and care. This is the training our facilitators come through.
Carpet Work Cycle A facilitated container for men ready to go further into their own emotional processing, and to begin learning how this work is held. Part practice, part training. Smaller and deeper than a Community Circle, and led by experienced facilitators.
Step Up: Leadership Track
A development pathway for men recognized as upholding the culture of All Kings. Leadership here is defined by behavior: follow-through, attendance, boundary-holding, and taking responsibility for others. This is where men step into facilitating our offerings, holding spaces for other Kings, and carrying the work into their own communities.
There is no application form for this one. It starts with a conversation.

Expand Our Impact: Bring All Kings To Your Organization
Through our External Services programs, we bring elements of the All Kings methodology to organizations working in reentry, violence interruption, and community-led safety. This includes circles, workshops, and our Art of Connection work. We also build custom events for partners whose needs are mission aligned.

External Resources
All Kings is one part of a larger ecosystem, and we are clear about the shape of our piece of it. What we offer is a structured space to move through what you are carrying, name what you need, and build the skills to face it with more agency than you had before. That work is real, and it is not everything. Men arrive with needs that rarely fit inside a single organization, and some of those needs call for people trained for them specifically.
So we keep relationships with organizations and with individual All Kings members who offer services to this community: reentry support, legal aid, therapy and mental health care, housing, and workforce programs, among others. We keep a list of them here.
We share it because knowing where to turn is its own kind of support, and because getting what you need somewhere else is not a step away from this work. It is often what makes the work possible.
