Raul Espinoza named Full-Time Executive Director

We are proud to announce that Raul Espinoza has been named the Executive Director for All Kings.

This is a major moment for us as an organization. Raul will be the first full-time Executive Director since our founding in 2019. We couldn’t be happier to have Raul come on full-time. A highly trained personal development coach, social impact consultant, and digital storyteller, Raul joined All Kings in 2020, as a member of our Harlem circle. Since then, he has slowly advanced in his leadership, as one of the “Roots” of our Harlem community, a lead facilitator on our weekend trainings, and previously as a part-time Executive Director.

Born and raised in Queens, Raul’s parents immigrated from Bolivia shortly before he was born. Intimately familiar with the struggles of family violence, substance abuse, and systemic racism, Raul found solace in breakdancing and the creative arts as a young man, before attending Parsons University on a scholarship. To confront the legacy of his own intergenerational trauma, Raul began doing personal development work in 2008, as a coach and a personal growth facilitator in his early twenties, attending and facilitating over 100 retreats and individual sessions. This work woke in him a desire to travel and support social impact work in marginalized communities in 5 continents, which he did for over six years. In 2019, he returned to New York City, with a commitment to support his hometown. Shortly after arriving, he found All Kings, and has been investing himself ever since.

A message from Raul:

“I’ve been around the world working with communities and fighting for the underdog. It's an honor to come back to the place I grew up, to dedicate my time, energy, skills, and heart. I'm so proud to step up and serve our All Kings family, and to support and empower all my brothers and all our peoples.”
