ADVANCEMENT
Men can apply to advance to the next level once per year, based on clear criteria (to be provided). A collective of more senior facilitators and heavies will determine if a man is ready to advance through a transparent process. If a man receives a “not now,” he will be told what is working, what can improve, and be given support to develop.
